A DAF Corp process engineer personally reviews your inquiry — not a sales assistant. We may follow up with a few clarifying questions to make sure we understand your application before responding.
Initial Response (Within 1 Business Day)
We respond with our initial assessment: whether DAF is the right technology for your application, what additional information we need, and a proposed next step — which is almost always a wastewater sample and jar testing.
Lab Analysis & System Proposal
After receiving your wastewater sample and running jar tests, we return a complete system specification and budgetary proposal — typically within 5–10 business days of sample receipt. No commitment required.
