DAF Corp is the dissolved air flotation product line built inside Accurate Mechanical — a custom metal fabrication shop in Kaukauna, Wisconsin. Alongside DAF systems, Accurate Mechanical designs and fabricates a full range of industrial equipment: stainless clarifiers, agitators, process skids, ASME code vessels, and more.
One Shop, Start to Finish
DAF Corp systems are engineered, fabricated, and factory-tested in one Kaukauna facility. There is no hand-off to an outside shop between design and delivery.
Accurate Mechanical works in stainless and carbon steel, with in-house engineering and design and ASME code welding certifications. Typical work includes clarifiers and process tanks, agitators and mixers, piped pump skids, and ASME code vessels.
