Principal AMT Operation

Our DAF micro bubble generator (AMT) is an essential  complement to any  dissolved air flotation clarifier. It produces  trillions of  microscopic, uniformly sized air bubbles that attach  themselves to the  suspended particles in water making  them strongly buoyant. Given proper  water conditioning and suitable  fine bubble size. Solids mixtures with  densities higher than that of water can be raised to the surface of a  clarifier tank.
 

Modern dissolved air flotation systems require that a certain  portion  of clarified water be re-circulated back through some sort of air pump.  What separates  our AMTs from all other designs and makes is that the  AMT micro bubble generator always creates bubbles of proper size with no  coarse air bubbles. Operating this way for years, not weeks, compared  to our competition. Once  introduced into a DAF clarifier tank, they  rise suspended solids in the water to the surface at the  rate of  approximately 8-12 inches per minute creating a thick float on the water  surface of the tank.
